Brown Thrasher
Description: Large bird with brown upper region, and underparts that are white with brown mottling, long tail.
Eastern Towhee
Description: Male (top) - Large sparrow, black on uppers and brown sides with white underparts. Females (bottom) - same as male but overall brown.
Belle Isle State Park, Richmond
Chimney Swift
Description: Small, overly black bird, "cigar" shaped, long wings swept back, catches insects and is often out flying.
